The Hawkmoth Building will bring 63,000 sq. ft. of new laboratory and office accommodation to Norwich Research Park, creating high-quality space for growing companies in agri-food, health, nutrition and environmental innovation.
The building was formally introduced to commercial agents at a launch event held on 30th June at Savills’ London office, hosted with Savills, Carter Jonas and Anglia Innovation Partnership LLP. The event gave agents an opportunity to hear more about the Hawkmoth Building, the wider growth plans for Norwich Research Park and the opportunity it presents for companies looking for high-quality laboratory and office accommodation.
The latest progress film, captured through timelapse and drone footage, gives viewers a closer look at how construction is taking shape and what the completed building will offer.
When complete, the building will support ambitious businesses working across agri-food, health, nutrition and the environment, offering access to a thriving ecosystem of research and innovation. The project is funded by Norwich Research Park’s real estate investment manager partner Vengrove, Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk Council.
Due for completion in January 2027, Hawkmoth Building marks the first phase of a ten-year investment partnership between Vengrove and Anglia Innovation Partnership LLP, the campus management organisation for Norwich Research Park. The partnership will deliver a pipeline of new buildings designed to support growing businesses on the campus as well as attracting new and established companies from across the UK and overseas.
