More than 200 people gathered, on June 25th, for this year’s East of England Property black-tie awards night at Homerton College, in Cambridge, to celebrate the best of the East.
Ollie Phillips, a former professional rugby union player, served as the host and moderator for the evening, which recognised outstanding contributions across 11 categories judged by a panel of experts.
In the category of Future Project of the Year 2025, for the new 62,000 sq. ft office design, Norwich Research Park received recognition with a ‘Highly Commended’ Award from the Judges.
Matthew Battle, Managing Director at UK Property Forums, remarked, “It was another great evening celebrating the diversity of projects from across the East of England, including Norwich Research Park, which highlights the broad appeal of these awards.”
Roz Bird, Norwich Research Park CEO, said, “Congratulations to all involved in the UK Property Forum for hosting a wonderful event. I am delighted that AIP’s latest GB1 building design has been recognised in this way. The East Barnwell Project was a deserving winner in our category”.
A complete list of the winners can be found on the UK Property Awards Forum website.
