The building offers dedicated and co-location laboratory and office accommodation for start-up and early-stage R&D businesses, with flexible lease terms and suites ranging from 165 sq ft to 1,223 sq ft. Businesses can choose furnished or unfurnished space and benefit from access to a shared service laboratory with equipment such as autoclaves, washers, dryers, an ice machine, -20 and -80 freezers, and a benchtop centrifuge.
