Field Trials
There are a range of facilities on-site and at a nearby farm, that allow field experiments in an agricultural situation

The John Innes Centre has a research farm, that allows scientists to conduct field experiments and trials in an agricultural situation.
Church Farm, Bawburgh is home to the Dorothea de Winton field station where they bring together lab and field research in one location to improve facilities for research in understanding how genes control plant growth in the field.
The farm is 110 ha in total and approximately 20 hectares are used each year for field research on crop and non-crop plant species across Church Farm.
