We are delighted that one of our future building projects has been shortlisted for an award at the East of England Property Awards being held tonight, Wednesday 25th June, at Homerton College in Cambridge [EastPropAwards – UK Property Forums Members Area]. The awards showcase the best of the East of England’s property industry and is attended by business leaders from across the property sector.
The plans for our new 62,000 sq ft ‘grow on’ (GB1) building have been shortlisted for the Future Project of the Year award which recognises projects that are currently in the planning process that can demonstrate a clear appreciation of the site, inspirational design or will create a positive affect for the environment by its scale.
“New accommodation, at Norwich Research Park, will help attract and retain high-growth companies. AIP led the team to design, and achieve planning consent for GB1 which is a 62,000 sq ft flexible lab and office building. We also worked with the AIP Board to identify Vengrove as the right real estate investment partner to take this forward. With 1m sq ft of planning consent we hope this new development will be the first of many schemes providing much needed accommodation for a growing list of companies that want to make Norwich Research Park their home.” Comments Roz Bird, CEO of AIP.
