We offer a wide range of commercial laboratories on flexible leases with access to shared laboratory facilities and equipment.
Laboratory accommodation is available either shell or fully fitted within our state-of-the art Centrum building and Innovation Centre. With access to services like reception, childcare, fast WiFi, health and fitness and more we make your everyday life at work run smoothly.

Centrum
Centrum is the award-winning hub building for Norwich Research Park and provides accommodation for growing companies. The ground floor includes the light and airy Atrium café, meeting rooms, executive suites, video conferencing facilities, seminar rooms and free visitor parking.
Innovation Centre
The Innovation Centre contains over 30 high quality office and laboratory units which provide follow-on space for existing small companies that need room to expand as well as SME and start-up businesses.
The building provides meeting space, ground floor coffee bar as well as a shared equipment lab.
Enterprise Centre
The Enterprise Centre at Norwich Research Park is Britain’s greenest building and one of the most sustainable buildings in Europe.
Enterprise activities by the University of East Anglia are delivered from The Enterprise Centre. Teaching takes place alongside businesses in this exciting, dynamic and collaborative work and event space.
Ella May Barnes Building
A new two storey Research and Development building providing state-of-the-art laboratories and workspace. The core areas on both floors around the main reception have been fitted out to provide meeting rooms, two kitchens, unisex WCs and changing rooms.
