Every year at Christmas the AIP team organises a festive get-together for the business community on Norwich Research Park. 2023’s festive fling event was our most successful yet, with loads of members of our community turning out to enjoy chatting, food, music and a raffle!
The park has a programme of social, sport and business focused events, and the festive fling is a great example of a social event that gives staff at the businesses on campus a chance to get to know one another better and get into the Christmas spirit!
The event took place at lunchtime, and there was festive-themed catering provided by the on-site catering staff at the Genuine Dining Company, including a Yule log chocolate cake that was very popular! The raffle had lots of different prizes, and the lucky raffle winners bagged themselves some treats like food, wine and chocolate!
It’s going to be another whole year before the festive fling swings back around for the community to enjoy, but we still have lots of other events planned in our 2024 programme. The first of those events are already being organised and you can see our upcoming charity bake sale, enterprise tuesday and quiz night on the events page!
