The Anglia Innovation Partnership (AIP) hosted its much-anticipated community’ old-school sports day’ on the Centrum lawn lawn and terrace area. Held on Thursday, June 19th, the event saw a fantastic turnout of teams from different companies in the community, eager to participate in a range of classic games.
This year’s line up featured ‘old-school sports’ activities such as the egg and spoon race, wheelbarrow race, and three-legged race, along with an exciting new addition: axe throwing. The day culminated in a fiercely competitive tug of war!
Companies taking part included Alora, Big C and Nova Labs. A special congratulations to Alora for claiming the champion title for the second consecutive year!
The AIP team will continue to hold regular business and social events for companies on campus to enhance the experience for staff working at companies on Norwich Research Park.
