Our first community quiz night of 2025 was held on the 25th March and was a fantastic evening of friendly competition for our community! With 12 teams from across Norwich Research Park’s business and research community, we had lots of different organisations represented.
Once again, the evening began with a meal prepared by our on-site caterers, the Genuine Dining Company. This time it was a classic curry with rice and nan bread.
Following the meal, the Quiz Master, Tracy Carpenter, Facilities Manager for Anglia Innovation Partnership (AIP) began with the first of ten rounds of questions. Each round had its own theme, including themes such as general knowledge, sport, music, films, books and myths. Teams are able to play a joker at the beginning of one round, which will give them double points on that round only, this adds a tactical element that can often be the deciding factor.

It was a great effort all around, but the winners were:
1st Place: ‘Real Ale Madrid’ – A team from NBI Computing.
2nd Place: ‘You’re A Quizzard, Harry!’ – A team from Colorifix
3rd Place: ‘As Per My Previous Email ‘ – A team from UEA
Congratulations to the top 3 winners! They won Easter-themed prizes and the top team took home the trophy.
