Tom Williams

Tom joined AIP in 2023 as the Estates & Facilities Manager. His role is to ensure everything on the park and in the buildings is working as it should. Ensuring everything is safe to use and fit for purpose. He also manages works and repairs to the buildings managed by AIP.

Before joining AIP Tom has worked predominantly in residential property manging a wide variety of buildings in large portfolios. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years experience working with in both the private and not for profit sector.
