Your information is stored in secure electronic systems on secure servers.
When you subscribe to a service through our website, all information is held on a single Campaign Monitor mailing list. This list is used to contact you with relevant information, such as our quarterly magazine; The Link, E- newsletters, Bulletins.
Upon subscription you will receive an email link that will enable you to update your settings or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Every new mailing list has a default Privacy Notice, the notice explains how information (provided by subscribers, when joining a mailing list or using a mailing list) is used, stored and (in some cases) shared, and how it can be removed. The notice reads:

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time through your unique link. Upon unsubscribing your information will be automatically removed from the mailing list.
The communications team will undertake an annual review of the mailing list to ensure that the information held is accurate, relevant and not outdated. Any data not meeting these standards will be deleted from our mailing list.
