The John Innes Centre, are hosting the annual Innes Lecture at the John Innes Conference Centre on Wednesday 16th September at 18:30.
Every year the John Innes Centre and John Innes Foundation host this free, public talk on the history of science, plants and/or agriculture, accompanied by a display of related items from the John Innes Historic Collections.
This year’s talk will be given by Professor Rebecca Earle, who will be talking about the history of the potato. There will also be the opportunity to learn about current potato related research taking place at JIC and The Sainsbury Laboratory.
