As part of Black History Month 2026, Norwich Research Park is hosting its second Black Health and Research Conference.
For the second event of its kind at Norwich Research Park, our incredible health, science and research experts will share their work centred on the black experience.
Presenting perspectives and discussions on the following topics:
The Black Health Gap – latest on fibroids, sickle cell disorder and maternity services
The Campus Response – activity at Norwich Research Park
Honouring our Communities – making visible the contributions of those who often work “quietly” within their communities
This year’s Black History Month theme, “Honouring Our Communities’ focuses on recognising everyday people, valuing unseen contributions and highlighting local histories
