The 'Indicative Master Plan' highlights potential developments on the Park and the Enterprise Zone areas.
Enterprise Zone status was secured in April 2016 and offers a wide range of tangible benefits including simplified planning processes and business rate discounts up to £275,000 over five years.
New developments on the Park include a new £75 million Food & Health Research Centre - the Quadram Institute and Leaf Systems, a translational facility for the research, development and manufacture of high value peptides and proteins.
